Today is the day! We are stoked to announce the re Today is the day! We are stoked to announce the release of Kuch’s Kolsch - Lemongrass & Ginger Kolsch, brewed in collaboration with Nelson ski legend @SamKuch_ and local artist @KellyShpeley. Brewed with lemongrass and ginger, this easy drinking Kolsch packs a fresh punch that will instantly transport you to the hill on a powder day. Pilsner malt, honey malt and Lemon Drop hops make for a light and easy drinking base that compliments the lemongrass and ginger additions perfectly. So fresh and so clean! ❄️🍻 Kelly and Sam have been an absolute pleasure to work with on this project and we can’t wait to have them back at the brewery for more fun. Kuch’s Kolsch will be available on Thursday November 24th at the Nelson Brewing Company tasting room. NBC will have 4pk cans & fills, plus the Kuch’s Kolsch will be on tap at select bars around the Kootenays over the coming weeks. 📸 by @adriennaelcome 👏

Cheers to 6 epic years of Ryan Craft at the Nelson Cheers to 6 epic years of Ryan Craft at the Nelson brewing Company! 🍻⁠ ⁠ Ryan is a local legend around these parts. A constant smiling face, a willingness to help anyone out that needs it, and an unrivalled quick wit that keep us chuckling at the brewery no matter the day you're having. Plus he's the most reliable guy at the brewery, one time showing up to work when he was meant to be on his 2 week vacation. ⁠ ⁠ If you know Ryan you'll know that he has the appetite of a giant, often seen walking around the brewery with a pitcher full of fried chicken and once eating 11 hot dogs at a staff BBQ. ⁠ ⁠ Ryan is also the creator of the brewery renowned dish, "Brewers Porridge" taking a scoop of rolled oats and mixing it with the first runnings from the mash. Faceplant is his favourite porridge flavour. Yum! ⁠ ⁠ When Ryan isn't at the brewery he can found sitting around the far, probably roasting some meat and definitely drinking a massive imperial stout. ⁠ ⁠ We love you Ryan and here's to 6 more epic years ❤️.
