There’s nothing quite like soaking up the great outdoors in Nelson. Whether I’m pitching my tent, reeling in a fresh catch, or trekking through the backcountry, my life is filled with excitement. There’s something about being close to nature that just puts my mind at ease. The only thing better? Enjoying a cold, crisp beer after a long day of sunny hikes, sitting around the campfire. The Valhalla hazy pale ale from Nelson Brewing hits the spot. Plus, living and working in Nelson has been so incredible. As a proud server at the Hume Hotel, I love being a friendly face in this welcoming community. Speaking of friendly communities, Nelson itself takes the cake. I feel so at home here. From the stunning mountain views to the charming local shops, there’s a little bit of magic around every corner. I’m so grateful for this little slice of paradise, and I can’t wait to see what adventures await me next.
